“This was by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at any establishment not just a hair salon. The staff were the kindest people and Adela did an AMAZING job on my hair. I got so much more out of this visit than I could’ve ever imagined. Not only have I finally found a stylist I love but the receptionist (I can’t remember her name and feel so bad) was incredible! I was early and she and I talked about what cut would look good on me and if the color I wanted was achievable. We all three had a beautiful time and I truly mean they changed my life with some of the conversations that we had. I absolutely love this place and will not be going anywhere else ever again. Thank you so much for everything!!! I promise you will not regret choosing this place. Oh also. Adela gave a hand massage while my toner was setting AND a neck and scalp massage. It was incredible! Emerge Design Studio is a proud supporter of Foster Together, a nonprofit organization that provides free resources for foster children and their families. We work to help provide for the unmet needs of these children and their caretakers. Company owner, Erin, serves as a board member.

Call the salon at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in 25% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.

We do our best to recommend products that will be amazing for your hair, but we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We offer full refunds and exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will refund or exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We cannot offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 14 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive/request that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
